1. What are the benefits for shopping online?
Firstly, it is definitely convenient. With the click of a mouse, you are able to make purchase and have the goods delivered to you. If you always find yourself busy and having less time to update your wardrobe, then, shopping online would definitely cater to your needs.

2. Why shop at Kerra Boutique?
We at Kerra Boutique, try our utmost best to answer all your questions and to bring you good customer service. As we are a registered company with SSM, please be rest assured that we are trustworthy. (registration number - 002141857-M)

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, no but we are thinking of making this option available in the near future.

4. What happens if I receive defected goods or the wrong item?
We at Kerra Boutique always try to ensure that our pieces are in good condition before posting them out to our customers, but mistakes are sometimes inevitable. As our goods are also sewn by another human being, sometimes, a little off stitching may occur or other minor imperfections. However, if you do find your item to be really defected, please do not hesitate to consult us at kerrachen6089@gmail.com and we will assist you from there. Do let us know how your item is defected along with supporting pictures. If you get the wrong item, we will pay for the return postage fee for it, and ship back the correct one. If your item happens to be sold out, then we will either refund you or let you choose another item from our store at a special price. All items returned have to be in the same condition as it was sent, otherwise, request can be denied.

5. I prefer sending an email inquiry/order through e-mail rather than using the form on your site.

6. I placed an order, but I don't feel like I want it anymore..
We do not encourage back-out buying but do let us know when you want to cancel. It's not nice to leave us waiting for you to get back to us. =) Please do be considerate.

7. The item I want is sold out! What should I do?
Do drop us an inquiry and we will see if we can backorder the items.

8. Are the goods in Kerra Boutique ready stock or pre-order?
Currently, all our goods are ready stock unless stated otherwise.

9. I have a lot of questions but...
Inquire away! Don't be shy! We at Kerra Boutique want you to be as confident as you can when making a purchase, so please, by all means, ask away~ =)) Even if it's just to get to know us better or to chat. Haha.

10. I want to purchase the items for my girlfriend/wife for her special day, do you have wrapping services available?
Yes, we do! With a fee of RM10, we will help you wrap, place a greeting card, and ribbon.
